Once I place my order, what happens?

Your order is shipped to you via United States Express mail once your funds have been confirmed. You can usually expect your gold to be shipped within 10 business days. You will be notified when your package will be delivered and the Express number to track the package along the way.  Your package is fully insured until you sign for it.

What should i do with my gold when it arrives?

We recommend that you place your gold in a safety deposit box or a secure location.
